Customs chargesUpdated a month ago
All shipping costs are displayed at checkout before payments are made and shipping costs will vary based on volume ordered. All prices are displayed in UK GBP initially until you get to the checkout section and select the country of origin you are sending this to, this will then update and be changed to your local currency. Please note you may be billed in your local currency depending on your banking provider.
The grand total of your order as displayed on the checkout does not include any additional duties required. The carrier, prior to delivery, will inform you of any additional duties if required.
Orders outside of the UK and EU may incur customs fees and will be charged upon the package reaching your destination country.
Hairburst has no control over customs and import tax and we can't tell you exactly how much you will be charged as customs and import tax varies widely depending on the country you are situated in.
You are responsible for any import duties, customs fees, or local taxes charged by your country. These fees must be paid for the parcel to be released from customs and delivered to you.
If you do not wish to pay these charges, you can refuse the parcel and it will be returned to us. Once we receive the return, we will process a refund for your order. Unfortunately, we are unable to remove or pay these customs charges on your behalf.
Please note that if the parcel is returned because the fees were refused, we would not be able to resend the order if you later change your mind and decide you would like to pay the charges.
