Customs chargesUpdated a year ago
All shipping costs are displayed at checkout before payments are made and shipping costs will vary based on volume ordered. All prices are displayed in UK GBP initially until you get to the checkout section and select the country of origin you are sending this to, this will then update and be changed to your local currency. Please note you may be billed in your local currency depending on your banking provider.
The grand total of your order as displayed on the checkout does not include any additional duties required. The carrier, prior to delivery, will inform you of any additional duties if required.
Orders outside of the UK and EU may incur customs fees and will be charged upon the package reaching your destination country.
Hairburst has no control over customs and import tax and we can't tell you exactly how much you will be charged as customs and import tax varies widely depending on the country you are situated in.
You as the customer, are liable for all import duties, customs and local sales taxes levied by the country you reside in; payment of these fees is necessary to release your order from customs.
If you do not wish to pay the additional fees mentioned, please refuse this and the parcel will be returned back to us in order to then refund you for this, as there is no way of us being able to remove those charges unfortunately. Our team will also not offer a replacement of this to be sent if you then change your mind in wanting to pay these fees if the parcel has since been returned.
