Evri pickup shop & lockersUpdated 2 hours ago

We’re excited to share that UK customers can now choose Evri Pickup lockers and shops as a delivery option at checkout.

This new service is designed for those times when you’re not at home to receive your order. Whether you’re away on holiday, busy in the office, or simply not available when delivery is scheduled, you can collect your parcel at a time that suits you—making the process more convenient and stress-free.


When do I know when to go and collect my parcel?

Pickup Shops: You will receive a email once your order is ready to collect, if you still have not collected it, you will be sent two reminder emails on day 3 & 6 and a final one on day 9 before it will get returned on day 10. 

Parcel Locker: You will receive a email once your order is ready to collect, if you still not collected it you will be reminded again via email on day 2, before day 3 which it will be returned back to us. 


How long do I have to collect my parcel?  


For collecting your parcel from the pickup shop you selected, you have a maximum of 10 days or this will be returned back to us. 

For collecting your parcel from a parcel locker, you have a maximum of 3 days or this will be returned back to us. 


Do I need to bring anything with me in order to receive my order? 

Pickup Shops: They will require a ID, accepted ID's are a driving license, photo ID, Debit/Credit Card, Utility Bill, Building society book, NI Card or Foreign ID Card 

Pickup Lockers: Your QR Code which will be located in your emails after you placed your order with us, please scan this at the locker and this will open the door to give you access to your order, 


I've lost my QR code, what do I do?

If you lose your QR code, you can request this from customer service at Evri support, they have access to advise the manual code. The other option is if your at one of our locker locations, you can ring the number on the bank/screen which will put them direct through to Evri support line, there should be a help option on the screen -  once they have verified their identity, they can provide you with the manual code whilst they are onsite and ensure the door opens for you.
