Christmas and New Year Shipping UpdatesÂ
During the festive season, delivery times may be longer than usual due to increased order volumes and courier delays. To ensure your order arrives in time for Christmas, we recommend placing it before the 18th of December by 6pm if in the UK. If you are ordering outside of Europe, please order before the 8th of December by 6pm for Christmas delivery.Â
Orders placed after this date may arrive after Christmas, and Hairburst cannot take responsibility for any delays.
If you place an order between 25thâ30th December, it will still be processed, but please be aware that dispatch may not take place until 2nd January 2026 due to limited warehouse staffing over the holiday period.
Once your order has been dispatched, youâll receive a tracking link to follow its journey. Tracking updates may also be slower during peak periods.
