How do I cancel my subscription?Updated 7 months ago

You can cancel this at anytime once your first subscription has arrived. You can do this by contacting the team at [email protected] or by logging into your account online by making changes in there.

• Log in here: https://www.hairburst.com/account/login
• You will then see a breakdown of all orders ever placed with us, scroll to the bottom to 'Manage Subscriptions'. 
• Click 'Manage subscriptions' 
• Click into the subscription, you should see a arrow near your exisitng subscription. 
• Scroll down and select 'Cancel subscription'. 

 You MUST cancel your subscription before your next subscription has been shipped, otherwise we will not be able to process the cancellation of this.
