What if my package gets lost or arrives damaged?Updated 9 months ago

Lost order 

At Hairburst, we strive to ensure that every order reaches you in perfect condition. In the event your order is lost in transit or there has been a delay in the tracking or estimated delivery time, please reach out to our customer care team at [email protected]. Please make sure to provide your order number and any relevant details  so they can help you with this as quickly as possible.

Damaged order  

We understand the disappointment of receiving a damaged product and we aim to prevent this occurring as little as possible for our customers. In such instances, please report to our customer care team at [email protected] as soon as you have received your order, as well as including images of the damaged photos so we can pass this on to our investigation team to see how this has occurred. 

*Please note if you are unable to provide images of the damages, our team will not be able to assist you further as this is a requirment. Please do not throw away the items received, unless one of our team instruct you to once they have seen the images and discussed this with you further. 

We will review the provided documentation and, if necessary, arrange for a replacement or issue a refund.
