We take all reports of allergic reactions extremely seriously. If you believe you have experienced an allergic reaction to one of our products, please contact support@hairburst with the following: 

• Your order number 
• Photos of the reaction 
• A doctors note from a medical professional confirming that the reaction was caused by the product

Once you've sent this to us, our team will send you a reaction form to fill out. Please note, that we need all of the above as well as the completed reaction form to be able to investigate this fully and deem this as an allergic reaction. If you are unable to provide any of the information requested, we will not be able to treat this as such and proceed with your claim. 

Any sensitive information provided is confidential and used solely for the purpose of investigating your case in line with applicable data protection regulations.
